We typically suggest you book at least 1 month in advance. The characters and performers are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. However, we are able to do things within a 24 hour notice if you require a performer last minute, there will just be a small priority fee for anything booked in less than a week away.

A 30 minute pop-in is where the character(s) would come in and run the show. They would lead all activities and you can just sit back and enjoy the entertainment and games provided by the character (please note this does not mean the performer is to be left alone to look after the kids). This sort of booking works best for birthday parties and daycare visits.

A walkabout is where the character(s) would walk around the event space and interact with the guests in character, taking photos with them, and will participate in event activites going one there. The main difference is that the characters are not running any preplanned activities.

At a 30 minute pop-in, all activities done are based specifically off each character. Our princesses would sing a song from their movie, our superheroes would lead superhero training based off their specific superpower set, and our other characters would run games and activities with unique aspects specific to their characters. Some examples would be Simon Says, Duck Duck Goose, Charades, or What time is it Mr. Wolf, but with a character specific twist on it.

Our standard 30 minute pop-in for 1 character would be $165 + Tax. This is the most popular booking for parties inside Winnipeg.

Additional characters, face painers, or giant games as well as travelling outside the city will increase the cost. For an exact estimate please fill out our contact us form by clicking the button below!

Yes! In addition to the extensive character training, all performers go through thorough background checks including Criminal Background Check with Vulnerability Sector Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check.

Once we have confirmation on our end that we do have the character(s) and performer(s) available for your requested date and time, we will contact you and send you over a Stripe Invoice to your email. Once that invoice is paid online via credit card, we will be fully confirmed and good to go!

Please note, our performers will only head to the party if payment has been recieved ahead of time, unless delayed payment has been arranged with our team ahead of time.

We totally understand that children can get sick suddenly, so we have specific measures sent in place for this! If you can work with us on the time and date to reschedule to make sure the character(s) you originally booked are still available, we can reschedule within the next 3 months with no additional cost.

If you decide to cancel the booking altogether, if it is 2 days or more prior to the event, you will get a 50% refund. Cancelling 2 days or less before the event does not qualify for a refund however like we said above, we can absolutely reschedule free of charge within the next 3 months.

Nope! We take care of it all! The characters and performers bring their own props, activities, and sound equipment. If you're booking face painters, all that we ask is that you have a table and 2 chairs per facepainter for them to work. It is also best to have a bigger space available for the superheroes to do their superhero training in.

We do have a few french speaking performers, however with a limited number of them, it is important to book well in advance to confirm they are available for your event.

If you know one of our amazing performers and would like to request them specifically for your event, you absolutely can! However if they are unavailable during that time, one of our other equally talened performers would be more than happy to fill in that role for you.

Absolutley! If you aren't seeing the character you are looking for, contact us directly and with enough prep time, we can usually make it work for you and add that character to our roster.

Please note that if we hadn't planned on getting the requested character, there may a fee to cover the cost of the one time use costume.
